About the Project
AI-powered Slack agent for an internal development team. The system silently monitors Slack channels, filters important discussions, and builds a searchable knowledge base from conversations, PDFs, and documents. Team members can interact with the AI directly in Slack for contextual answers and assistance. Integrated Zoho Desk for ticket creation, reading and updates inside Slack. Built the complete architecture, AI workflows, integrations, backend systems, and automation logic independently.
