01. The Problem
Teams suffer from fragmented technical context across dozens of Slack threads, isolated Notion/Google documents, and rapid developer handoffs. Finding specific project information or onboarding answers slows progress, leading to repeated queries and lost productivity.
02. Our Approach
We designed and built a Slack-native AI agent integrated directly with a semantic vector search database (RAG). The agent silently monitors channel activities, creates vectorized context archives, and handles customer/developer ticketing directly inside Slack by connecting to Zoho Desk. Built independently with Node.js and prompt-tuned workflows.
03. The Result
Successfully launched internally to support support agents and engineering handoffs. Reduced recurring query resolution times significantly.
